Digital goods are non-returnable by nature, so this is a goodwill policy: contact us within 14 days of purchase and the order is refunded in full. Access to the file is revoked at the same time.
What happens to your download
A refund sets a revocation on your entitlement automatically — existing download links stop working immediately. Nothing is deleted from your account history.
Repeat refunds
Refunding the same guide twice, or refunding an unusual number of orders, may result in checkout being blocked. This is rare and always explained by email first.
